How do I book a Ghost Hunt?

Navigate to our shop and select the Ghost Hunt category. You can then browse and book our available selection of locations.

How old do I have to be to book a Ghost Hunt?

Currently, our Ghost Hunts are only available for those 18+.

What If I get too scared?

Our helpful, experienced team will be on hand at our events to help you. All events will have a base area for you to sit out if you feel it is necessary. We can also offer you spiritual protection and grounding if required.

Can I leave early?

Early exit is only permitted at certain locations, please check with us prior to the event. If leaving early, please let a team member know, so we can mark you off the fire register.

I can no longer make the event I booked, can I get a refund?

At the moment, we are not able to offer refunds on Ghost Hunting events. Please ensure you are able to attend prior to booking an event with DYB.

I haven't received a ticket?

Our events are ticketless, only those named on the bookings, will be allowed entry.

Can I sell my booking to someone else if I cant attend?

Please contact us directly if you wish to pass your booking on to another person. Without our consent, only people named on the booking will be allowed entry to the event.

How do I reset my password?

Navigate to our shop and select the Ghost Hunt category. Select 'My Account' and reset your password.
